MeetingNOW - Conferencing

Meetingzone conference control and view – allows hosts to manage audio conferences via iPhone. A user can use the application to initiate dial-out to themselves or to people they would like to add to their conference from their iPhone contacts.

Conference Hosts can lock, record, turn on presenter mode (mutes all participants), request operator assistance, mute/un-mute participants, rename participants, play back name recordings and rename the conference.

Participants may also view conferences in progress. The application also allows for scheduling conference calls and inviting participants.

In summary the application is a productivity tool for users of the MeetingZone audio conference service.
